Bench Scales for Washdown Environments
The Defender 3000 Washdown Bench Scales are ideal for general weighing, simple counting and checkweighing applications in damp environments, or when washdown cleaning is required. The Defender 3000 Series features a simple, yet rugged, stainless steel design and IP66 stainless steel indicator with tactile keys, multicolour backlit LCD display, AC or standard rechargeable battery operation and flexible mounting capabilities.
- Column mount: The indicator is mounted on a column (330 mm, 680 mm or 980 mm depending on the platform size).
- Washdown construction: A 304 stainless steel platform and frame with an IP67 stainless steel load cell. The indicator has an IP66 washdown protected 304 stainless steel housing with mounting bracket.
- Bright colour-alert display: Results are clearly shown on the large, bright backlit LCD display. In Checkweighing mode the display changes colour (yellow/green/red) to alert users when the weight is within the target range.
- Built-in applications: Software for Parts Counting, Checkweighing and Totalization. RS232 is included, with optional USB Device or Ethernet for printing or data connectivity.
- EasyConnect™: Approved models are equipped with the EasyConnect™ solution.
